We helped shape Wiser at Work as a blended learning platform: searchable resources across personal, team, and organization development; cohort programs (including OD Academy and leadership intensives); and membership access to Scherer’s library and practices. The product story centres on using what happens at work as the curriculum.

It offers blended experiences drawn from the library and practice of Dr. John Scherer and his closest colleagues — cohort programs, membership access, and a searchable resource base across personal, team, and organization development.
